High-yield production for routine tracers

Our processes focus on optimization of yield, synthesis time, efficiency at high activity, simplicity of consumables while complying to the required product release criteria. They allow the synthesizer to be reused shortly after production while ensuring low radiation exposure to the operators. Some tracers can be produced several times in a row without the need to replace consumables. Liquid and gaseous wastes are recovered for decay.
A quality control protocol is suggested for each tracer.
The same criteria apply to tracers with other radionuclides such as 11C- Methionine, 11C-Choline, FAPI-46 (Sofie), 68Ga-PSMA11, 68Ga-DOTAs, 90Y-DOTAs, Lu177- DOTAs.

Quality control

In parallel with the development and optimization of synthesis methods, Trasis develops or selects the associated analytical quality control methods. Trasis ensures that these methods are generally accepted by regulatory agencies, where applicable, and develops specific methods when necessary.

Control and analyze your production

The reporting and analytical features of AllinOne allow tracking production trends and keep control on production. They also allow compliance with standards such as FDA 21 CFR part 11. The data can be exported in different text formats (CSV, XML,…) for customized layouts and further data analysis
