[68Ga]ABS-HER2 is a single-domain antibody (sdAb) targeting HER2 (Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2), a marker of increased tumor aggressiveness. The ability to quantify low and heterogeous levels of HER2 expression across lesions is what makes this tracer a powerful tool for treatment selection and follow-up in patients at a higher risk of false HER2-negative biopsy results.
