The work on the new building is progressing well! The proof is that the mechanical workshop has just finished moving into its new premises. A transition that was more than necessary since the demand for our equipment is constantly increasing.

Growth in a few figures
To give you an idea of the trend, between 2021 and 2022, nearly 21% more equipment, all ranges combined, left our workshops to be installed at our customers’ and partners’ sites. In 2023, the trend is the same, with nearly 24% more units to be produced than in 2022 to meet sales forecasts.

A space designed to optimize production flow
700m² of production space now meets the growing needs of our equipment. The distribution of the space was not left to chance at all. The optimization of the production flow was the basis of the reflection. Everything has been thought out to limit displacements, waste of time and increase productivity thanks to an organization subdivided between the assembly of the sub-assemblies, the final assembly and the quality control.

A growing team
Nearly 40 people have the expertise to assemble a specific product at any stage. This versatility will be reinforced in the future to encourage the diversification of technical knowledge and allow production technicians to intervene in the assembly of any product. The purpose of this cross-team versatility is to adapt the workforce to the needs.

The move to new premises has enabled the workshop to be equipped with new materials to improve the ergonomics of the workstations. The height of the workstations, the position of the computer screens and the lighting are adjustable according to the size and position of the technicians
