Responsibilities

You assist and advise managers in identifying training and development needs, and in setting up and monitoring training programs.
You organize both internal and external training courses. You select training courses, negotiate rates, organize practical aspects and ensure reporting.
You manage the administrative and documentary follow-up of training courses in line with the company’s quality system.
You identify and submit training subsidy or reimbursement applications to the relevant bodies (educational leave, sector funds, etc.).
You select and evaluate the various training providers and organizations.
You create and update a training catalog adapted to the company’s needs.
You monitor the market for training tools likely to meet the company’s needs.
You participate in the digitization of training courses using appropriate tools (video capsules, templates, etc.).
You work on the continuous improvement of learning and administrative processes.
You will play an active role in various HR projects.

Profile

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Executive Assistant.
You ideally have 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
You have an excellent knowledge of Office suite tools.
You have a good level of written and spoken English.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
You have initiative and decision-making skills.
You are creative and proactive.
You are able to synthesize and analyze.
You are solution-oriented.
You are able to work as part of a team.
