Responsibilities

You determine and implement the company’s infrastructure strategy.
You manage infrastructure projects from A to Z, including identifying needs, drawing up specifications, selecting suppliers and monitoring and coordinating the work.
You supervise infrastructure projects in foreign subsidiaries.
You be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure and equipment.
You draw up infrastructure budgets and ensure financial monitoring and reporting.
You coordinate the technical teams and subcontractors, ensuring that tasks are carried out properly.
You manage and optimise maintenance and supplier contracts on a day-to-day basis.
You manage access control and the building anti-intrusion system.
You organise and monitor on-call operations.
You ensure that the infrastructure complies with environmental, safety and quality standards.
You ensure that safety and well-being rules are implemented and complied with in the workplace.
You take part in internal and external audits and ensure that corrective action is taken.
You draw up and submit permit applications.
You be responsible for organising the work of your team, allocating tasks and coordinating actions.
You unite all the teams around the strategy and objectives. You will be responsible for the regular assessment and development of your staff.

Profile

You have a Master’s degree in engineering, infrastructure management or equivalent through experience.
You have at least 15 years’ experience in managing buildings and technical infrastructures in controlled environments.
You have experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors (GMP, ….).
A project management certification is a plus.
You have a good command of computer-aided maintenance management tools (CMMS).
You have a good command of English.
You have excellent management skills, initiative and decisiveness.
You are an excellent negotiator.
You have very good organizational, synthesis and analysis skills.
You are resistant to stress and pressure in emergency situations.
You are proactive and solution-oriented.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
