Responsibilities

You lead the implementation of the ERP system from start to finish, ensuring coordination between the various teams and stakeholders.
You develop and manage the project schedule, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are respected.
You ensure that the solution developed is aligned with business needs and processes, and the company’s strategic objectives.
You manage the budget, planning resources and underlying costs. You ensure regular reporting.
You lead steering and project committees. You supervise project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
You identify and manage risks and potential problems, proposing mitigations and effective solutions.
You set up and monitor KPIs to ensure the smooth running of the project. You ensure regular communication with management, providing updates on project progress and escalating issues.
You create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Profile

You have a degree in computer science, management or equivalent through experience.
You have solid project management experience, with in-depth knowledge of business processes and ERP systems, including their configuration and integration.
Knowledge of Odoo is an asset.
You are an expert in project management methodologies and tools.
You have a good command of the ERP ecosystem (SQL databases, APIs, Web Services, etc.) and interfaces with third-party tools.
You are able to collaborate with all types of teams (technical, functional, management, external partners).
You are able to adapt to project hazards and redefine priorities accordingly.
You have excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
You have a well-developed understanding of a company’s various business processes.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and methodical approach.
You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
You are assertive and able to make and defend decisions.
