Responsibilities

Treasury

Preparation of supplier payments.
Encoding of financials.
Daily follow-up of loans and bank guarantees.
Set up cash flow forecast tables.

Fixed assets management

Encoding of fixed assets and monitoring of CAPEX budget.

Various analyses

Encoding and control of sales commissions, including reporting in support of the Finance Manager.
Analysis of service and miscellaneous goods accounts.
Adhoc and exception reporting, in support of management control.

Other tasks

Preparation and follow-up of bonus and subsidy files.
Support for quarterly and annual closings.
Encoding of accounting transactions, including backup for the rest of the accounting team.
Participation in setting up various KPIs.

Profile

You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent through experience.
You have 4 years’ experience in accounting in an SME.
You have a good command of accounting software, with experience in BOB50 and Odoo being an asset.
You have a good command of the MS Office suite, with in-depth expertise in Excel.
You are fluent in English and French.
You are rigorous and organized, with a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and a sense of priorities.
You have good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
You are autonomous, dynamic and proactive.
You are a critical thinker, with good analytical and summarizing skills.
